my day started at 7.45am, when i had to drive all the way to marine parade to fetch my dad's friend to his church at 9.30am.
went home, changed and went swimming with my brother for two hours or so.
came home for lunch, played a game of Generals with my brother, went to rent DVDs, watched half an hour of DoomsDay, and got changed to go out.
went with my brother to fetch his friend at 4pm at Queensway, went to Chai Chee and then drove my brother to Stevens Road so he could take bus home while I took his car.
rushed to the airport at 5.30pm to pick my friends, Hieu and Binh from Vietnam, went to Orchard to pick their friend, Tran, and headed to Bradell Hill, where they are going to stay with their friend for the next few days.

went down to East Coast Seafood Centre for dinner at 8.00pm, which was a sumptuous feast of chilli crab, steamed fish, cereal prawns, crispy baby squids and sambal kangkong (shiok meal!).
at 10.00pm, we headed down to Chinatown to see the lightups for Mid-Autumn Festival, and at 12.00am, I brought them down to Bar None at Marriott Hotel to meet the friend whom they are staying with, before I headed home.
total mileage clocked on the car for the day: 230km
